See detailsChanging cities is a big decision. The truck carrying your home across 1,400 km should not be the part you lose sleep over.
Delhi to Bangalore. Pune to Hyderabad. Kolkata to Chennai. Long-distance household moves are the core of our business — our trucks run every major intercity corridor, and our network covers 40+ cities. The long haul changes what matters: packing has to survive highways, paperwork has to be right, and the delivery date has to be a commitment, not a hope.
This is the first real choice in any intercity move, and an honest mover explains it instead of hiding it:
We quote both options where both make sense, with dates for each, and let you pick. What we never do is sell you a "dedicated" truck that quietly picks up two more households after leaving your gate — a trick this industry is infamous for.

Dates are confirmed in writing before loading, and the supervisor updates you at every leg — loaded, in transit, reached city, out for delivery. One call, not twenty.
An intercity carton takes thousands of vibrations, a few hard brakes and at least two handlings. So everything gets an extra layer compared to a local move: double-walled boxes for the kitchen, foam-plus-lamination on furniture edges, mattresses in waterproof covers, and nothing loose in the truck — every gap braced. Appliances travel upright, strapped to the truck wall. It is the difference between "reached" and "reached intact". If your move also includes a vehicle, our car and bike transport runs on the same corridors — one booking covers both. And if your new flat isn't ready when the truck arrives, storage bridges the gap.
Long-distance quotes stand on volume (cubic feet, measured at survey — not guessed), route economics (busy corridor lanes price keener than odd cross-country diagonals), truck choice (dedicated versus shared), packing grade and declared insurance value. Each is a printed line. Two honest notes the industry hides: shared-truck savings are real but arrive a day or two slower — decide by calendar, not ego; and ultra-cheap quotes usually monetise the gap at delivery, when your household is hostage on someone's truck. Ours do not — the signed number is the delivered number, and our repeat-customer list is the proof.

Volume in cubic feet, the route, dedicated vs shared truck, packing level and floors at both ends. Insurance is calculated on your declared value. We give the full break-up in writing — if a quote you receive from anyone is a single round number with no break-up, that number is negotiable, which means it was padded.
You get the driver's number and the supervisor's number, plus proactive updates at loading, en route and arrival. On dedicated trucks with GPS units, we share the live location link. Either way, you are never guessing where your household is.
Floors and lift availability at the destination are part of the survey questions, and the quote covers what you tell us. If the destination changes later — a different flat, a higher floor — tell the supervisor before the truck leaves; adjustments cost far less when they are planned.
Always. Transit insurance against your declared inventory is part of every intercity quote. High-value items — TV, fridge, glass furniture, musical instruments — are listed individually. Claims, on the rare occasion they happen, run against that signed list, which is why we insist on making it properly.
Yes. We regularly work with relocation reimbursements — proper GST invoice, itemised quote, and any documentation format your HR needs. Tell us at booking and we will address the paperwork to your employer from the start.
