How this company came to be
Ask anyone who has shifted a house in an Indian city and they will tell you the same story: three quotes on the phone, a fourth price on moving day, and a crew that treats your almirah like a sack of onions. We started Gati Packers and Movers because we were tired of hearing that story — and we believed doing the opposite was actually good business.
So the rules here are simple. The price we write is the price you pay. The crew that comes to your door is on our payroll, not picked up from a naka that morning. And the supervisor who surveys your home gives you his own number, not a helpline.
Where we work
Our head office is at Shop No. 22A, Ground Floor, Nerul West, Navi Mumbai — but our service map is the whole country. We run door-to-door household and office moves across 40+ cities: big metros like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai and Kolkata, fast-growing hubs like Pune, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow and Chandigarh, and the smaller towns connected to them — through our own crews and vetted destination partners.
Wherever your move starts and ends, you deal with one team and one supervisor from the first carton to the last — not a franchise handed the job at the other end. That single-point accountability is the whole reason we can promise a fixed price and a clean handover, city to city, across India.
